• We started Cellar Portfolio, LLC as a way to share our knowledge and expertise with other wine enthusiasts, collectors and investors. We have each been involved in the wine industry in one way or another we realized that almost all of the industry focus is on producers, distributors and retailers. There was no focus on the wine consumer, other than to sell them product. We decided to create a company that provided a suite of services that caters to the sophisticated wine buyer. Whether it's helping clients design and build their dream wine cellar, providing research and investment advising to collectors, or just helping them figure out how many bottles of bubbly they need for their daughter's wedding, we wanted to do more than just push product at the consumer.

  Jim is a sommelier trained by the National Wine School and the Wine School of Philadelphia and a former wine importer.  He's also an attorney with more than 25 years' experience in construction law, a commercial pilot and a published author.  

  Audrey is a WSET trained wine professional, and also a former wine importer.  She's also a licensed real estate agent with more than 13 years experience in the real estate industry, a pianist, and an avid travel enthusiast.

 Dave is a sommelier certified by the Court of Master Sommeliers and a wine professional with more than 15 years' experience in the wine and winery industry.  He's a educator at heart and serves as both a history professor and a wine educator.
