Swirl. Swish. Drink.

---

Wine education isn't just about "swirl and swish."  Wine has been with us for tens of thousands of years and over that time, humans have developed a history and culture around wine.  Wine has been at the center of human civilization and international trade going back into antiquity.  Let us help you along your own wine journey as you discover and learn about this amazing stuff!  Some of our favorite topics are:

• Wine and the rise of global trade
• Wine and religion
• The evolution of the wine grape
• Wine regions throughout the world
• Winemaking - Traditions and Techniques
• Pairing wine and food like a master
• The science and technology of wine
• The future of the industry
• Wine growing and vineyard management
• Understanding sweet and fortified wines

And so much more...

Of course, if you want a somme to conduct a professional wine tasting at your next wine event, we can swirl and swish with the best of them!
